Battle For Georgia Standouts: 15U Division
Duke Howell - Game ELite Duke Howell put together a standout performance at Battle for Georgia, taking home the championship belt and MVP honors after leading Game Elite to the title. He exploded for 27 points in the championship game and was lights out from the perimeter throughout the event. zION eKWEALOR (2027), Paulding cOUNTY HS Zion is a big guard with a good downhill burst who did a good job of putting consistent pressure on the paint. 2026 Girls Team Camp Standouts
Dessiah Merrill (2028), Villa Rica HS Dessiah Merrill is a big guard who can play any perimeter position due to her ability to create for herself off the dribble, initiate offense, and score off the ball whether it's catching and shooting or cutting and finishing. CJ Jackson (2029), Mount Paran CJ Jackson showed an ability to be a scoring threat both as an on-ball and off-ball option. Jackson uses shiftiness and a tight handle to make it difficult for defenders to keep him under control. He's a dual threat in the pick and roll as a passer and a scorer. BJ O'Neal, b4 Academy BJ is a versatile guard with nice size and athleticism. What stood out was his competitiveness on both the defensive and offensive ends. Quickhitter With Tristen Tucker
Tristen Tucker (Class of 2028) AOT (AAU) Tristen Tucker impressed the RYZE staff with his overall ability during the RYZE Hoops Showcase last weekend. The 6'1' guard sports a quiet personality but his game is loud and impactful. Tucker finished the weekend averaging 19 points per game for his AOT 2028 squad.
