Paul McNeil, Garner Road 3SSB
McNeil came in with one of the biggest reputations in the field after winning NC Gatorade POY, and he lived up to it. He was consistently a huge scoring threat in Garner Road's tremendous 16U backcourt and shot the ball from three at a very high level. He's a threat to score both off the catch and off the dribble from all over the floor, and he's incredibly versatile and can be a big matchup problem.
Jett Montgomery, STARS Basketball Club UA Rise
Montgomery is a great perimeter scorer and a deadly three-point shooter, which he did a lot of this weekend. But his scrappiness, toughness, and IQ on both ends really stood out. He's a crafty playmaker off the dribble and a very good passer as well. He has a knack for always being in the right places and making plays, which he did over and over again this weekend.
JaMari Mosley, Norcross Heat 2025
Mosley has great size and physical tools for a 2025 prospect. He really excelled on the offensive end this weekend, getting to the rim and scoring consistently, getting opportunities on the offensive glass, and shooting the ball well from three off the catch. With his size and skill set, he's an early name to watch out for in Georgia's 2025 class and will be a name you hear from moving forward.
Walter Matthews, Ga Canes 2024
Matthews' size and physicality gave teams fits all weekend. He's a standout on the gridiron but did his things on the hardwood this weekend as one of the better big men in the division. He's very quick for a player his size and gets off the floor extremely well. He had a number of eye-opening dunks as well as a lot of other impressive finishes around the rim.
PJ Green, AE5 Shooters Paradise
Green was one of the best shooters that we had in the 16U field. He had games of 4 and 5 three-point makes and showed that his range extends well beyond the three-point line. He also had the ability to attack close-outs and get into the paint where he can make plays for teammates. In today's modern game, there's a huge emphasis on shooting ability, and he has plenty of that.
