Alexander & Team Huncho 2024 wing/forward Braedan Lue has had one of the best 2023 calendar years in the Peach State, earning a state championship and continuing that into the travel season, where his recruitment has really taken off.
He had a great summer with Team Huncho and has become one of the most highly recruited players in the state and in the southeast. His recruitment jumped to high major programs throwing him offers in June & July with South Florida, UCF, Cal, and Penn State joining in on his recruitment. Lue also gained offers from Bradley, Kennesaw State, Georgia State, Hampton, Louisiana Tech, FIU, George Mason, Nicholls State, Texas A&M Commerce, Arkansas State, and UT Arlington in the past two months.
His combination of size, skill level, and athleticism have impressed programs over that time period with a big emphasis on his ability to be a matchup problem and knock down shots consistently from three and in the midrange. He was a huge stock riser this summer, and his recruitment should be hotly contested moving forward.
