Westside Macon & Team Georgia Magic wing Kowacie Reeves Jr. is off the board and committed to Florida.
The Gators were the first program to offer Reeves in May of 2018, and that early offer paid off big as they landed the versatile 6-foot-6 wing and consensus top-40 prospect over Stanford and Georgia Tech, who were his other two finalists.
Reeves has great size, length, and versatility allowing him to defend multiple positions. Offensively, he is a sharpshooter on the perimeter and has developed into a solid attacking threat and potential alternate ball-handler. Look for him to be a true two-way player in Gainesville and a Three-and-D guy who can score from the perimeter.
Reeves played on the summer circuit with Team Georgia Magic and has played in a number of LakePoint Hoops events including the LakePoint Tip-Off Classic as well as Battle for Georgia.
