LaFayette & Atlanta Timberwolves 2022 wing/forward Aidan Hadaway has committed to Ohio University. The Bobcats were Hadaway's first official offer at the end of May and have recruited him hard since, and being rewarded with his commitment.
"When I went on the visit it clicked differently, and I just feel like I could talk to Coach Boals and Coach Martin about anything with my life or basketball. I'm going off of relationships and fit, and I think it was the best for me in both of those categories," Hadaway told RYZE Hoops.
Hadaway had a huge spring and summer with the Atlanta Timberwolves that led to a flood of offers during that period. The 6-foot-7 lefty plays with a big time motor and checks a lot of boxes on the offensive end. He plays well on the perimeter with the ball in his hands and has proven he can knock down perimeter jumpers. He rebounds the ball at a very high level and provides versatility defensively.
He chose Ohio over Wofford, Jacksonville State, William & Mary, Lipscomb, Belmont, and Georgia.
