A rematch of a year ago at the Jared Cook Classic, this year's game between Grayson and Etowah didn't disappoint.
Etowah got off to a great start in the first half with high energy, getting defensive stops, and hitting threes.
However, Grayson changed the tide coming out of half, putting together a big third quarter behind Chad Moodie, Anthony Alston, and CJ Hyland. For the second straight game, Hyland had a huge second half, lifting Grayson to a 66-53 win.
Hyland led the Rams with 20 points, almost all of which came in the second half. Anthony Alston and Gicarri Harris joined him in double figures.
Virginia Tech signee Brandon Rechsteiner did well distributing the ball and running the show in the loss for Etowah.
