The fourth game at the Grayson New Years Classic featured Eagles Landing & Langston Hughes.
While the first half was highly contested, Eagles Landing used a big second half from Mercer commit David Thomas and senior guard Khylan McKennie to pull ahead and win by a score of 66-50.
Thomas led all scorers with 28 points despite seeing double teams and denials, and McKennie's energy and finishing ability changed the game in the second half.
Hughes guard Randy Latham was very good in the game. He showed an ability to make plays off the bounce and finish at a high level.
