“Rakease Passmore has become a household name lately in recruiting circles with around 20 high-major offers, but he came to our Tip Off this year without any at that level. It wasn’t hard to see his rise coming. He’s an explosive athlete with great size for a guard. He’s a playmaker, a scorer, and a competitor. I think he’s one of the top guards nationally in the 2024 class.”
