Coach D-Mac's Standouts (1/12-1/17)

Preston Liston, Lassiter, 2027 wing

In a close game down the stretch on Tuesday night against a 15-1 Woodstock team, Liston made all the big shots and plays to help Lassiter close out a huge region win. He finished with 25 points, including five three-pointers, and was impactful on the boards as well. He'll certainly be a prospect to monitor for college coaches the rest of his junior season and into travel season.

Solomon Bratton, Milton, 2027 forward

Bratton did exactly what big man of his talent should do against an undermanned frontcourt. He dominated for the Eagles in a road region win over Roswell with 30 points, 15 rebounds and four blocks. He had a few rim-rattling dunks, knocked down a few mid-range jumpers and overall controlled everything that happened in the paint.

Chase Jackson, Roswell, 2029 point guard

Jackson did not play like a freshman on Friday night against Milton. All he did was make every big shot and everything he could to help Roswell try to hold on in a game the Hornets came up just short. He finished with 32 points through a combination of deep balls and finishing around the rim. The future is bright for Roswell with Jackson running the show.

Adarian Johnson, Tucker, 2026 forward

An unsigned senior forward, Johnson made a big impression in the opening game of the Playing For A Change event at Pace Academy on Saturday. His activity around the rim was noticeable from the opening tip. He had two Sports Center Top 10 worthy dunks on back-to-back possessions in the third quarter to help Tucker open up a close game and finished with around 20 points and at least 10 rebounds.

Vance Wilder Jr., Tucker, 2029 point guard

Another freshman guard standout emerged on Saturday afternoon in Vance Wilder Jr. from Tucker. Like any good shooter, he had zero fear in taking big shots and didn't let a couple early misses deter him from letting it fly late. He'll be a fun a prospect to watch as a playmaker and shooter over the next few years.
