Scouting Report: Richard really burst onto the scene at the 2019 LakePoint TipOff Classic, showing his scoring and shooting abilities and making a name for himself as a high level Division I prospect. Since then, he has added being a state champion with Woodward Academy to his resume. With good size at 6-foot-5, Richard excels as a shot maker from distance and has a knack for hitting timely shots as well. He also has the ability to put the ball on the floor and use his body to finish at the rim. Defensively, he has shown signs of being able to take on challenges and defend opposing team’s better players and can defend multiple positions. He is also a very good student and should draw attention from some of the high academic programs at the Division I level.
