Up next in the LakePoint Hoops Class of 2021 Spotlight Series…

Madison Durr

Position: Point Guard

Height: 6’4”

High School: Pace Academy

Travel Team: Atlanta Xpress

Scholarship Offers: North Alabama, Elon, Richmond, Siena, Florida Gulf Coast

Scouting Report: Durr is a lead guard with great size who plays with an infectious toughness that you can’t help but notice. Though he is a more than capable scorer, he is a true floor general and pass-first point guard who makes good decisions with the ball in his hands and has a very high basketball IQ. He changes speeds very well off the dribble and is very efficient with his movements getting to the rim. He also has a strong body which helps him on both ends. He can finish through contact on the offensive side and excels as a physical and tenacious defender on the other end. Through his high school and travel basketball career, he has won a ton of games and has shown to be a very good leader along the way. Those qualities will make him very desirable to college coaching staffs.
