With the travel season on hold and no opportunity for prospects entering their final year of high school to play in front of college coaches to earn scholarships, LakePoint Hoops wants to put the spotlight on the Class of 2021. Scouting Report: Stubbs has been a full-time starter for two years now for Pebblebrook, one of the best high school basketball programs in Georgia. The 6-foot-1 floor general is one of the top shooters in state as well and can be a pest as an on-ball defender. He’s a candidate to be a hot mid-major recruit if not higher when the travel season resumes and coaches can evaluate his progress.
